First 100 Days

I’m at a turning point in my career and have reached a significant milestone - I’m a manager! Similar to the significance of the first 100 days of a presidency, I’m going to be sharing my experience through the first 100 days of being a new manager. I’m expecting to make mistakes, have ups and downs, and learn a lot.

Why am I doing this? There are a lot of resources that talk about the principles and learnings of being a manager but I haven’t seen a lot of resources about the first-hand, real-time experience of growing up in this role. I want to share a view through my personal lens to give insight to others who are interested in pursuing this role.
